À Table ! is more than a name, it is a call. To sharing, to laughter, to the meal that stretches on and the glass that gets filled once more. A small-batch cuvée from Château Mignan, made for good living and long tables. A Languedoc red where pleasure comes first.

Terroir & grape varieties

From the clay-limestone terraces of the Minervois and the Languedoc, this wine puts Grenache centre stage — the king of southern varieties — with a touch of Syrah and Carignan depending on the vintage. Sun-drenched vines, worked with care and respect, for an honest, straightforward juice.

Winemaking & ageing

Harvested at full ripeness, traditional vinification, gentle extraction to preserve the fruit and the suppleness. Ageing in tank keeps the freshness and generosity of the Grenache. Everything is designed for a wine that is easy to open — and hard to put down.

Tasting note

The deep ruby robe draws you in from the first glance. The nose opens on ripe red fruit, sweet spice and garrigue. The palate is round and charming, carried by a fine thread of fruit and a peppery lift. A balanced, sincere, joyful wine — the perfect companion to unfussy meals.

Food pairings

Serve with a charcuterie board, a roast chicken, a strong cheese or even a gratin of summer vegetables. This is the wine of the meal you share without counting, the one that brings people to the table.
