At Château Mignan, the reds are the soul of the estate. Born on the high clay-limestone terraces of Siran, at the heart of one of the South's best-kept appellations — Minervois La Livinière — they carry the quiet strength of an exceptional terroir, farmed organically for years.
Syrah, Grenache, old-vine Carignan — sun-loving varieties, carefully grown and respectfully made, for wines that are honest, structured and generous. These are the reds that built the estate's reputation, regularly recognised by the Guide Hachette des Vins since 2007.
