A small-batch cuvée, from a careful selection of the Château Mignan vines. An honest white, made squarely for cooking and for the pleasure of sharing — the accomplice of laughter, of friends, of the moments that only happen together. A Minervois white that embodies the way of living where the table is the centre of everything.

Terroir & grape varieties

From the clay-limestone terraces of Siran, at the heart of the Château Mignan vineyard, this white brings together Vermentino, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Marsanne — four complementary Mediterranean varieties, farmed under certified organic agriculture. Vines worked with care on an exceptional terroir, for a fresh, aromatic, sincere juice.

Winemaking & ageing

Harvested at optimal ripeness, gently pressed, fermented at low temperature to preserve the aromatics. Ageing in stainless steel protects the natural freshness of the varieties and their fruit. Everything is designed for a white that is generous, direct and easy to open — but hard to put down.

Tasting note

The robe is golden and luminous, with fine green reflections. The nose opens on white flowers, fresh citrus and a mineral touch characteristic of the limestone soils of Siran. The palate is round, fresh, with real length and an elegant saline finish. A balanced, expressive, joyful white — the perfect companion to meals that stretch out.

Food pairings

Serve with grilled fish, seafood, a fresh goat's cheese or a generous board of Mediterranean tapas. This is the white of the meal you share without counting.
