Under the Minervois sky, rosé is not a season — it is a state of mind. At Château Mignan, our rosés come from a single conviction: a great rosé should be drunk the way it is lived, with lightness, honesty and straightforward pleasure.
From our vines under certified organic agriculture on the clay-limestone terraces of Siran, our rosés blend Grenache Noir and Syrah, made by direct pressing and by saignée, for pale, fresh, aromatic wines in the image of the terroir that produced them.

Each cuvée tells a different story — of a suspended moment, a table laid, a sunset over the vineyard. Small-batch rosés, produced in limited quantities, to be discovered at the estate or online before they are gone.
