Pech Quisou 2025
Château Mignan – Pech Quisou 2025
AOP Minervois Blanc – Organic wine from the Languedoc
Pech Quisou is the hill of the sun, where this lively, elegant white is born. A blend of Grenache Blanc (80%) and Marsanne (20%), it captures the light and the freshness of the Minervois terroir. An honest, straightforward wine that speaks of the South and of the grower's craft.
Tasting note
The pale yellow robe with golden reflections announces a luminous wine. The nose opens on white flowers, hawthorn and honey, lifted by a touch of fresh almond and peach. The palate is balanced, straight and generous, with fine tension and a long, silky, faintly saline finish. A Languedoc white as we like them: sun-filled, honest and elegant.
Food pairings
Serve with seafood, oysters, lobster or grilled fish. It also works beautifully with goat's or sheep's cheese. As an aperitif or around a table of friends, Pech Quisou wins everyone over.
Winemaking & ageing
Traditional vinification in tank to preserve the aromatic purity and natural freshness of the varieties. Gentle work throughout, respectful of the fruit and the terroir.
Serving & cellaring
